Ensured all servers were up to date with necessary patches, backup VM’s as necessary if patches ever failed so no down time. Implemented work from home for all employees/agents. Computer builds and all software installation. Multi factor Authentication for VPN, RDP, O365 implementation using DUO Mobile and MS Authenticator. ChangeGear for service desk ticket resolution and documentation. Converting/compressing video and audio files for server upload. Email maintenance through Forcepoint and web filtering. VMware support for all servers. Over 30 applications maintained and supported for users - Primarily Office 365 products, MS Teams, SharePoint, Sophos Antivirus, Cisco jabber, Cisco AnyConnect, MFA, web browsers, Adobe, Guidewire, ImageRight, AS400, VIPS, Marshal and Swift, DocuSign, SCS, DISR, Lansweeper hardware inventory, Nexus portal for payments, Homefield and other FBFS software, Faxcore, KnowBe4 phishing for end users, Cisco CUCM, Xactimate, Faxcore, SolarWinds, WinMagic encryption.

Performed with a team managing a large scale Microsoft network, comprised of over 1000 employees, and over 5000 computers. Assisted in network infrastructure maintenance, installation of network wiring, configuring Cisco switches and installation, wireless access point installation and signal testing, UPS installation and management, managing data applications and their databases used by faculty and students. Direct Communications employed and through a business contract with the Aberdeen School District, was responsible for maintaining their computer network of over 100 employees and 400 computers. Migrated from NT4 to Active Directory 2003, computer and network troubleshooting, repairing and upgrading, optimizing data traffic, network monitoring, administration, installing network equipment and configuration, maintaining servers and applications, Linux experience, malware removal and prevention, provide technical support for users.
