Co-ordinator of 20 drivers organising daily delivery and collections for their specific routes. Liaise with other dispatchers, arrange driver holidays and spare drivers, accident reporting, case management for lost or damaged freight and reporting/updating of consignments both domestic and international.

Aircraft weights and balance for mainly B737 and Bae146. Also experience with Airbus A300, B757, B767, B777 and Lockheed electra. As well as the weights and balance I am responsible for the loading and off loading of the aircraft, ensuring that the fuel is ordered and fuelled correctly. I also am responsible for the reports for the arrivals and departures of all aircraft. I have to update the airport systems with the eta of aircraft and payloads.I often do stock checks of the ULDs on station and report accordingly. Recently taken up the role of voice champion for my department.
