Dave Davis is experienced in the preparation of CEQA and NEPA environmental impact studies, providing his clients with innovative, practical, and legally-adequately solutions for sound environmental regulatory compliance. The types of facilities and projects with which he has worked vary widely and include transportation facilities, government facilities, energy projects, and water distribution/wastewater conveyance. His project experience has taken him across the U.S. working in a variety of environs and with a variety of regulatory processes. He has spearheaded permitting efforts with a number of local and California state agencies, including [but not limited to] the California Department of Fish and Wildlife, State Lands Commission, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and the various Regional Water Quality Control Boards throughout the state.
