What I do is relatively simple - I help individuals and teams become more aware and more effective at working together. I help people learn and grow; grow themselves, their teams and their businesses. How? By creating playful and safe environments where leaders are able to explore what is holding them back and also explore what is possible. I listen, I ask insightful questions and I challenge both subtly and directly as required.Described by many as energetic, engaging, challenging, humorous, insightful and real; I have specialised in leadership development for over a decade, both as a leader and a consultant. I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of people; leaders, aspiring leaders and even some who just want to learn how to move from ‘survive’ to ‘thrive’. I view every engagement as an opportunity to learn, to influence and to contribute.Based in New Zealand, I predominantly work with senior talent and multi-cultural groups in Asia. I leverage my ability to connect with people from all backgrounds and my experience of living in Asia (Japan & Thailand) for eight years to facilitate the best possible results.
