Associate Broker And Marketing Director
CurrentNot your typical Realtor...While I have been licensed since I turned 18, It wasnt until after graduating with my second Master's degree that I was able to focus professional on Real Estate.Since then, I've cut my teeth during the the worst real estate market in generations, selling one of the most difficult property classes to sell, land. But if this is the worst I'll ever see it, then I've got a great career ahead of me. Now that the market has started to turn, the groundwork I've been laying has been paying off. In addition to selling properties "in house" for Phillips & Turman Tree Farms and other Turman Group companies, I also take part in the evaluation of properties that we would be interested in buying. Some Realtors spend their marketing budget selling themselves to potential clients, they focus on local advertising. I've had to develop a marketing strategy to reach potential buyers on a nationwide level, and have succeeded in bringing in many potential buyers from all across this great nation.Because of that different approach to marketing properties, I feel that Ive developed a skill set that would be very appealing to clients wishing to reach a much greater audience. Once I open up my services to more clients, I expect these skills to shine.
