Not your typical Realtor...While I have been licensed since I turned 18, It wasnt until after graduating with my second Master's degree that I was able to focus professional on Real Estate.Since then, I've cut my teeth during the the worst real estate market in generations, selling one of the most difficult property classes to sell, land. But if this is the worst I'll ever see it, then I've got a great career ahead of me. Now that the market has started to turn, the groundwork I've been laying has been paying off. In addition to selling properties "in house" for Phillips & Turman Tree Farms and other Turman Group companies, I also take part in the evaluation of properties that we would be interested in buying.Some Realtors spend their marketing budget selling themselves to potential clients, they focus on local advertising. I've had to develop a marketing strategy to reach potential buyers on a nationwide level, and have succeeded in bringing in many potential buyers from all across this great nation.Because of that different approach to marketing properties, I feel that Ive developed a skill set that would be very appealing to clients wishing to reach a much greater audience. Once I open up my services to more clients, I expect these skills to shine.

I am currently developing all of the online marketing for Phillips Real Estate and Phillips and Turman Tree Farms. Neither company has had an online component before.We currently have over 220 properties for sale, and Im trying to get that information to the right people.Additionally, I work on improving various properties, adding entrances, dividing up properties into subdivisions, etc.And whenever an extra hand is needed I work out in the field with our tree digging crew or doing other various projects.

While in Graduate School I worked for various professors as a graduate teaching assistant.I was involved with research (including a program that would analyze letters to shareholders that could raise red flags about possible fraud, and the use of Facebook in professional settings). I also would hold office hours teaching students quantitative methods, edited a user's manual for a Materials Resource Planning software, was in charge of administering exams to over 500 students at a time, and of course grading massive amounts of homework :)
