Created a landscape analysis of diabetes care in India and explored the best models under which to introduce a low-cost intervention.This research informed PATH's Point-of-Care Diagnostics team on how the organization could best help alleviate the burden of diabetes, which directly affects over 50 million people in India.

Performed due diligence on several proposed business models for delivering prenatal ultrasound services rural clinics. Conducted numerous interviews with physicians, paramedics, patients and business managers in rural health clinics.

Co‑authored Sg2’s thesis statement for integrating its new performance management product with its flagship strategic forecasting capabilities, providing the foundation for Sg2ʹs 2010 positioning strategy. Developed business case for strengthening chronic disease management programs and increasing primary care access.

Managed production of 200+ custom assessments of emerging clinical technologies, advising senior hospital executives on technologiesʹ clinical efficacy and implications for hospital finances, operations and strategic growth objectives.
