Responsible for the conceptualization, design and visualization of retail interiors and exteriors. I work directly with the client to implement design options, material selections and fixture design. I have developed a wide range of presentation materials, including; video productions, photo renderings, 2D sketches, design manuals, graphic design and print material.

Worked with the management team to design and develop re-design and retrofit drawings for clients. Submitted drawings to City jurisdictions for approval. Prepared photo renderings for planning exhibits.

Worked closely with investors and stakeholders to design a range of projects, including custom residential, multi-family and mixed-use buildings, based on customer, city and site requirements. Managed a small support staff and trained individuals on Building Information Modeling programs and technology.
