• Claims Review and Resolution.• Ensures CBN and KYC policies of the bank are maintained.• Dispute Resolution and Arbitration.• Advices customers on the suitable account packages• Account Creation.• Ensures CBN and KYC policies of the bank are maintained.• Offered customer service experience to customers in the banking hall.• Advices customers on the suitable account packages.• Treat issues regarding transactions on Point of Sale(POS) to our esteem customers nationwide. • Reconcile transactions viz-a-viz customers who didn’t get value for service. • Log transactions and ensure resolution is achieved within timeline. • Basic knowledge of card processing, GL reconciliation and resolution. • Provide necessary response/support to branches nationwide on all card/mail production and delivery related issues. • Ensures all dispatched records of cards are maintained coherently with the statistics of current status of cards delivered to branches nationwide. • Ensures prompt response especially transactions that needs to be queried. • Provide tracking response with issues related to card. • Reverse failed transactions as confirmed from reconciliation team/Interswitch/Visa/Mastercard or any other switch used by the acquirer. • Ensures merchants provide journals to avoid debits from successful transactions logged by customers.
