I’m seeking Principal or Staff Scientist role at biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies and am the perfect fit for this role because I have the following skills: experimental design, assay development, project management, research and development, microscopy, flow cytometry, SOP generation, cross-functional collaboration and problem solving.I have the ability to work autonomously contributing on ddPCR protocols, flow cytometry assays, AAV/lentiviral process development, and cell culture maintenance, as evidenced by the creation and implementation of 6 standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhanced laboratory efficiency and consistency. I have also spearheaded Flow Cytometry assay development for AAV mammalian infectivity testing and mammalian transfection buffer assay development, and generating over 150 unique cell lines through gene manipulation.I have experience reviewing reporting and analysis plans consistently meeting and exceeding all project goals and performance reviews, while supervising and managing flow cytometry instruments and Leica confocal microscopy operations, while working with a team of 3 members.-Flexible and versatile researcher and highly skilled scientist with over eight years of experience in cellular, molecular, genetic biology, specializing in CRISPR/Cas9 technology, as evidenced by 10 successful experiments per week related to gene therapy and vaccine research.-Ability to manage projects and priorities in diverse areas, with experience in flow cytometry, synthetic biology, cell line development, mammalian cell culture, and assay development, as evidenced by successfully launching over 60 products related to AAV process development buffer and ddPCR assay buffers.-Strong communication skills facilitating protocol transfers to Contract Research Organizations (CROs) and leading internal departmental meetings, resulting in 10 impactful presentations that enhanced collaboration and alignment across teams.I want to serve an organization that prizes reliability, autonomy and challege among its employees.
