As the Programme Manager for Democratic Governance, I am interested in political leadership and democratic governance in Scottish public services. I'm responsible for work on facilitating the development of political leadership in Scottish Local Government, good governance in councils, and have responsibility for a national project to support Community Councils.I'm passionate about supporting leaders to bring about changes in policy, processes and systems that enable people and organisations to thrive.I use my extensive facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills to support groups and teams to become more effective and achieve their collective goals.I'm currently studying part-time for a Masters in Public Policy at the University of Stirling.
