I come from a commercial Real Estate background in Florida. After visiting the Pacific Northwest for several years, I recently relocated happily in Edmonds, WA. We combine our skills in market analysis, help with relocation needs and help guide you in negotiations in transacting your purchase or sale. Community Involvement:I am a volunteer interpretive guide with the National Park Service, Trails and Rails program on Amtraks Empire Builder train since 2011. We give talks and presentations on board the train from Seattle to mid Montana and back again..I also am a member of the Train Collectors Association of America since 1984. We put on interactive demonstrations and displays for all ages.Specialties: Special - Needs HousingMy special needs housing program has an inventory of quality homes for the special needs of your family members and friends. These homes have been selected for easy access to transportation, stores or medical services. We have many homes that have separate apartments or mother- in-law suites. Some have special accommodations for family members that may have Dementia, Alzheimer’s or other long term illnesses.
