I am an accomplished Business Systems Analyst with a degree in Systems Analysis and 18 years commercial experience including six years working for some of the market leaders and innovators in Information Technology. During this time I have been involved in projects delivering across the whole development life cycle covering business integration, process reengineering, software development and system integration. A results-driven analyst focused on understanding the problem domain and facilitating a solution that aligns with the client requirements, project deliverables and technical capabilities.A strong believer in the art of business systems analysis and proficient in a range of techniques including UML, BPMN, Scrum, Volere and SSADM, and have mentored others in their practical application.
