I have always been a hard worker and enjoy working with others who share my passion for dedication and hunger to serve the customer. Through my career I have been most happy in roles where I have had the opportunity to work with people who were also happy to dig deep and do amazing things, no matter what sacrifice is required. I enjoyed attending school and working hard to graduate with honors, while maintaining a high performance level in my career. The challenge was amazing and very rewarding. I have a special skill for learning, documenting, and transferring information specific to my job. I have done this in the last 3 positions I have held. Through the documentation process, many process improvement opportunities have been identified and implemented. I have learned that documentation and communication are keys to success in NOC environments.My previous position with Deem Inc. (formally Rearden Commerce) was a new position in the company and I was the first member of the newly created NOC. It was a choice experience for me to be part of the evolution of the team as it went through the stages of adoption, acceptance, and appreciation. In my year with Deem Inc I authored over 300 wiki documents on every subject I could see fit. I took initiative to create run books, training documents, and reference documents. My projects were often initiative driven, and always ahead of schedule.I had the pleasure of training new NOC team members in India, utilizing the documentation I had written and remote collaboration tools they were quickly acclimated to the demands of the job.
