Part of the new model weld engineering team for creating automobile frames for Honda/Acura. Created new line plans to facilitate new models using AutoCAD software. Installed several new lines including robotics, cable management, fencing, controllers, etc. Budget analysis and created presentations reflecting project results.

• Project lead on AHRI/CSA safety testing for self-contained air conditioners units. Oversaw and quality assured seismic testing of wall mounted units.• Worked on Product Development Team that created and tested mini-mate product line revamp consisting of six variations. Used 3-D modeling software, engineering change notices and worked with manufacturing to get products made.• Maintained Liebert Rating System tool using tests and simulations of new product performances to help give sales team and clients information around performance expectations, best efficiencies and products that most closely match individual needs.
