My position as a User Acceptance Tester at Saga Insurance primarily consists of testing urgent fault fixes from the IT department on Saga's call centre software. My other duties include being on a Helpdesk for the Sales and Customer Service staff to look into any potential issues, then if need be, to raise these issues to the business in order to get these.
