My position as a User Acceptance Tester at Saga Insurance primarily consists of testing urgent fault fixes from the IT department on Saga's call centre software. My other duties include being on a Helpdesk for the Sales and Customer Service staff to look into any potential issues, then if need be, to raise these issues to the business in order to get these fixed.
