Originally formed with in CCR LLP, the practice was rolled into RMPI in 2009 and became BBN Advisory Services in 2015 then ACBB Advisory Service in 2018. We provide thought leadership to all of our clients. We provide Board and Executive Management consultative services around most Risk Management and Process Improvement issues. Through Compliance Anchor we also provide BSA/AML/Compliance Webinars with continuing education credits. Overall our service included: 1) Loan Review; 2) ALLL and Loan Audits; 3) Compliance Education; 4) Loan Workout; 5) Loan Policies and Procedures; 6) Strategic Plan Facilitation; 7) Regulatory Order Response; We have offices in Glastonbury, CT and Camp Hill, PA. I also serve as a Banking Expert Witness. I have been engaged by creditors, debtors and business partners in case throughout the Eastern US. My employment history in banking along with my operational and process consulting experience makes me uniquely qualified to opine on banking matters. I have also been involved in two precedent setting cases: 1) FAMM Steel, Inc., et al. v. Sovereign Bank, No. 08-1955 (First Cir. 06/12/09) and 2) Marrama v. Citizens Bank of Massachusetts, United States Supreme Court 549 U.S. 365

Established the Credit Consulting practice for CCR’s Financial Services Advisory Group (15 member group). Later spun out into RMPI Consulting, LLC. Managed the business development efforts for the New England and Upstate New York regions focusing on lending and credit consulting to community banks and credit unions. Established a credit review practice. Managed the outsourced loan workouts for two banks which included successful resolution of $50MM in problem loans. Managed OREO for banks on an outsourced basis including six construction projects. Orchestrated debt placement for CCR’s non-bank corporate clients including a $10MM RLOC and $100MM investment services for Florida based Real Estate company and an $11MM RLOC and $8MM CREM for a Holliston, MA company. Completed business valuation on company for acquisition in 2007. In 2008, completed due diligence on company for acquisition and negotiated the terms for the purchaser.

Team Leader Special Assets GroupManaged a staff of 5 commercial loan recovery officers. Orchestrated and facilitated all facets of commercial loan recovery for C&I loans and CRE loans in all New England states and PA ($400MM resolved). Managed the Commercial Other Real Estate Owned (OREO) nationally (40 properties sold). Managed CFG’s commercial note sales for 9 years ($700MM disposed). Individually managed a portfolio of large C&I loans totaling $150MM; both Club and SNC loans. Member of Due Diligence Team for bank acquisitions. Responsible for Special Assets Division’s risk management, compliance and technology. Responsible for departmental compliance including Disaster Recovery program that was successfully enacted on 9/11/01. Coordinated a New England Flood Insurance scrub wit corrective action for all of CFG.

Commercial loans ranged from $5M to $52MM with both C & I and Real Estate loans. Supervised the performance of 2 loan recovery officers, ensuring compliance with established procedures and regulatory policies.
