Currently I assist in managing our Business Continuity program (I am a DRI certified Business Continuity professional). I am also the Software Application Administrator who manages all of the Business Continuity Plans. As well, I do the majority of the legal research in relation to Health Care legislation. I am also a trained Technical Writer, and currently use Information Mapping software to draft all policies and procedures. I also manage AGIA's Trust-holder process, and am responsible for assigning insurance policies to trusts. As well, I assist in managing the licensing of our individual producers as well as as our TPA licensing for all states. In short..I am a rocking and super talented individual in the world of finance, insurance and Health Care Compliance.
