With over twenty years of experience in higher education leadership and learning and teaching, I am passionate about creating and facilitating transformative learning experiences that foster personal and professional growth. As a Garrison Institute Fellow, I am applying contemplative inquiry and practice to leadership for today's complex challenges. I am also an educational consultant, working with organizations and institutions on strategies for the design and implementation of innovative and effective educational programs and initiatives. Most recently I served as the Vice President of Educational Programs at WASC, where I developed and delivered conferences, professional development courses, workshops, and webinars on learning, teaching, and assessment as well as student engagement, equity, leadership, and strategy in higher education.
