A patent holder myself, I have counseled clients in more than 60 post-grant trials before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board of the United States Patent Office. I am the leader of the PTAB Litigation group at Jones Day and I provide clients with a full range of legal services including international patent prosecution, patent opinions, prelitigation counseling, ex parte and inter partes patent reexamination, and due diligence of intellectual property assets. I have filed and prosecuted hundreds of patent applications in the United States and throughout Europe, South America, and Asia. Additionally, I participate in all aspects of patent litigation from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal to the Federal Circuit.
