Current responsibilities include delegation of user administration responsibilities to direct report, conducting regular department meetings to provide projects updates, identity process improvement and offer guidance and direction for struggling daily activities. Additional meeting sessions include monthly one-on-one sessions to assess performance, engagement, provide further leadership and encouragement of company core values. Current accomplishments include the development a role-based access control framework for managing enterprise digital identities and the development of an enterprise audit and review strategy to ensure compliance with NCUA and GLB guidelines. Working closely with business partners, the Identity and Access Management department continually extends support and seeks opportunities encourage the transition of user administration responsibilities from partnering business units to ensure compliance with timely revoking of access for inactive employees. Regular role and application access reviews are conduct with business management across the enterprise, while offering guidance and education for the interpretation of how functional responsibilities align with application entitlements.
