Started gaining my experience in the sewerage and water industry for Northumbrian water with doing different qualifications to help me with my career at the company started off on the sewerage works for 4 month before moving to a different role as a sewerage maintenance operative for 1 year. Moved over to our water network department as a distribution maintenance operative maintaining and updating the water network and also trialing the new hydro vac ex which I’m passionate about and all the advantages it has to our department cost saving,safety,a cleaner site giving our internal and external customers the best possible service. After 4 dedicated years of repair and maintenance I moved over to start my role as a distribution technician and update my knowledge more of the network and a good understanding of pressure management in areas dealing with customers on a daily basis with the best possible advice for there needs. After a successful 2 year I was successful and moved up to become a senior technician and currently carrying out this role supporting my team and customers with any internal or external needs making sure we hit the correct targets set out.
