DIRECTOR, INNOVATION & CONSULTINGDavid Cooper is a consultant in automated performance support and interactive publication systems. He leads information technology transformations for large scale military programs, businesses, and educational institutions, including projects in content management, expert systems, augmented reality, interactive technical manuals, maintenance automation, game-based training, and XML/ web technology applications. He brings the perspective of an engineer, software developer, program manager, and business executive together to balance ideas and practicality. Dave joined Antech Systems, Inc., in 1995 and serves as Vice Chairman. He is Program Manager for Antech’s NAVAIR prime contract, overseeing development of mission-critical software for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I), Operational Maintenance, and Engineering Training. Following a corporate merger with Digital Wave Technologies in 2012, Dave managed web services and products for higher education and foundation clients. He is currently director of Antech’s Innovation and Consulting group, which provides strategic services to clients across the Antech and Digital Wave brands. Antech Systems, Inc. includes the Antech™ government services division that is a premier small business technology developer for the US Navy; DigitalWave™ Web Services providing comprehensive user experience strategy, design, and development of websites for higher education and healthcare; Digital Wave's eLearning systems and services; the Lectronimo™ web platform for higher education; the CustomViewbook™ admissions product for higher education; and our Ultrasonic Mode Imaging (UMI) technology initiatives for NASA and the US Navy.
