• Improved quality and timeliness of customer service within department• Continual improvements to system operations, validations and procedures• Compliance with SSAE 16 and Energy Market Tariff requirements• Coordinate group’s work load and the assignment of department tasks• Effectively communicate Market Settlement information to Market Participants• Ensure the accuracy of Market Settlements, approximately $2 Billion monthly• Manage system code changes, testing and implementations

• Reconciliation of physical and financial bilateral transactions • Settling contractual agreements for power, transmission, options and futures • Responsible for the daily P&L and monthly department budget analysis• Develop, write and update procedures• Participate in the training of employees• Customer service to internal and external customers
