In this staff level position I managed four Lean facilitators, and was responsible for planning and implementing 52 kaizen events resulting in $1.2M in savings versus a budget of $250K during FY 2003.

Using continuous improvement concepts in this position I developed and implemented a perpetual/cycle counting program that improved inventory accuracy from 64% to 97% (based upon physical inventory results), reduced part put away times to less than 24 hours, and eliminated the need for five forklifts by reorganizing the layout of the warehouse area.
