In my current role as Team Manager for Winning Pitch GrowthAccelerator I am responsible for managing a team of B2B advisors whose role is to identify customers looking at the next phase of growth for their businesses and put them in touch with experienced Growth Managers.Key Responsibilities:• To ensure consistently high standards of customer satisfaction is achieved• Exceed quality expectations on appointments delivered• Driving the team to achieve targets and maintain high levels of performance• To ensure we are correctly identifying high growth potential business who are ready for the next step in business growth• Developing individual members of the team and mentoring them to attain target KPIs and quality expectations• Responsible for managing staff conduct and behaviour, absence, sickness and ensuring everything is in place for them to fulfil their role to the company's required standard.
