• Manage and plan inventory levels for 9k sku’s for $15 million in spend across multiple sites.
• Forecast customer demand and plan production schedules
• Conduct due diligence activities such as site visits and capacity assessments.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against contractual service levels.
• Collaborate with product development to ensure productions schedules are aligned with new product launches.

• Develop, implement and enforce robust procurement policy and procedures.
• Engage management and key associates to discuss projects and propose cost reduction ideas.
• Manage direct and indirect spend in all categories (consulting, IT/telecom equipment, ERP systems, licenses, facilities maintenance, office supplies, freight, travel, printing, etc.).
• Cross-functional team leader for complex vendor engagements (discovery, sourcing initiatives, RF(x), integrations and migrations).
• Direct and oversee key associates involved in day to day procurement activities.
• Analyze, track and report company spend; suggest cost reduction ideas and process improvements.

• Review purchase requests to ensure compliance with policy and issue purchase orders.
• Report savings and other procurement activities to AVP, Procurement.
• Engage management and key associates to discuss projects and propose cost reduction ideas.
• Monitor and evaluate vendor performance against contractual service levels.
• Lead for vendor engagements (i.e. discovery, sourcing initiatives, RF(x), integrations and migrations).
• Manage vendor relationships for direct and indirect spend.

• Review inventory levels and place orders for product.
• Source freight carriers and negotiate rates.
• Assist branch manager with inventory management (creating order points, cycle counting, receiving, etc.).
• Provide tours for clients.
• Provide customer service to high profile clients.
