Following a successful elite-level coaching career, I chose to transition my sport management and leadership experience into the business world, where I occupied prominent leadership, management, executive, and advisory roles within several successful trading and asset management firms in the US and Japan. Upon my return to Canada in early 2020, I leveraged all of my sport, business, and leadership experience at a fast-growing SAAS FinTech firm producing a world-class product that is reshaping the investment management industry. Leading a 70+ person core function within this firm contributed to a $440 million+ CAD acquisition of the company in August, 2022. I have visited over 20 countries across 4 continents and have lived and worked in Canada, the US, and Japan. This path has given my family and I many amazing life experiences, along with a unique world view and appreciation for diverse cultural perspectives.
