Designed and implemented systems to facilitate the operations of a call center for Verizon's FiOS service. The applications developed included: - a historically sensitive employee directory - an ETL system to import and integrate external data into the application suite - time reporting systems - a weighted overtime management system - a weighted employee scorecard system - performance evaluation tools for CSRs and managementThis application suite was implemented primarily in PHP using the CodeIgniter framework using a mySQL database for the back end. The ETL system was a standalone PHP system. Additional scripts and tools were implemented in PHP, shell scripts, and python.
