• Lead requirements gathering in analyzing systems effectiveness and efficiency thus developing strategies for upgrades, redesigns and/or new systems based on business goals.
• Created an effective project priority worksheet to track IT projects with emphasis on priority, due date and status which shortened project timelines and completed projects before the actual due date.
• Interfaced ERP system into backend database resulting in bridging the information into single reports and web portals thus removing data duplication and data silos.
