I am a Partner at Itad and lead our work on monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL) in fragile and conflict-affected environments. I have fifteen years of experience in supporting governments and multilateral agencies to make evidence-informed decisions about how to deliver the greatest impact in conflict and crisis settings. I am experienced in designing, conducting and leading reviews and evaluations of programmes and strategies focusing on conflict prevention, peacebuilding, humanitarian assistance and refugee protection.
