Delivery and forward planning of Housing Services including the Housing Revenues Team, Benefit and Money Advice, Rent Accounting, and Employment Initiatives Services. Ensure targeted performance in all areas while developing effective and efficient services to meet expectation. To manage and develop teams that deal with a complex caseload of management functions which includes the following areas of work:(a) Income maximisation including collection of current and former rent arrears(b) Tenancy support services including employment and training support(c) management of charges and payments in particular direct debits, reconciliation of debits and credits and administration of the tenants’ home contents insurance.(d) Collection and management of rechargeable debts(e) Benefit and Money AdviceTo play a key role in the development of income recovery services including delivery of excellent performance. Development and delivery of relevant strategies that will support the business needs. To liaise with a range of other agencies at both an operational and strategic level to assist in the development of sustainable communities.Quality management representative for the organisation in respect of ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Inspire, train, and lead the Housing Revenues Team to deal robustly with rent and other sundry debts. Liaise with a range of agencies at both an operational and strategic level to assist in the development of sustainable communities. Interrrogate a range of data to analyse business effectiveness and make strategic decisions to minimise the impact of Welfare Reform.

To lead the current arrears team within the Housing Revenues section in the delivery of high quality arrears prevention and income maximisation service in line with corporate objectives.To work closely with other CBH teams and agencies to ensure we adopt partnership working and actively engage with the community.
