Provide detailed updates to leadership and stakeholders by participating in meetings/forums and coordinating, consolidating, developing and delivering/presenting associated meeting materials (e.g. slides, after action reports, minutes).• Organize, coordinate, prepare materials, set agenda and direct weekly meetings with Division Chiefs and weekly Directorate Staff meetings where current tasks, deadlines, task details/requirements, and assignment are briefed.• Provide High Level administrative support to AF/A4C by providing task/suspense management, coordination and quality assurance and control of task responses and task packages. • Validate completeness/accuracy of task response (e.g. was the question answered?, and was it in the right format?), assign tasks IAW Government direction to SAF/IE, AF/A4C, AFIMSC, AFCEC and other external stakeholders, and answer stakeholder inquiries regarding task development, the system of record, etc. relative to the task management database(s).• Analyze data to show current and historical trends, reporting, completion statistics, task status, and breakout by Division, and document aggregate support to senior leadership and Division leads by Division.• Assist the AF/A4C front office staff, maintain knowledge of AF/A4C leadership (Director and Deputy Director) schedules and collect, consolidate and track executive correspondence.

• Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to collect and analyze open-source data.• Monitor social media platforms, news sources, and other online channels for relevant information.• Evaluate the credibility, reliability, and relevance of information gathered from OSINT sources.• Collaborate with internal teams to provide actionable intelligence reports and assessments.• Maintain awareness of current events, trends, and developments that may impact organizational interests.• Assist in developing strategies to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities identified through OSINT.• Follow ethical and legal guidelines in conducting OSINT activities.
