Course Leader and Senior Lecturer in Sports Therapy at the University of Worcester. I teach across all levels and have a particular focus in examination and assessment, trauma management, and rehabilitation. Externally I am a video reviewer for head injuries in the rugby premiership with Worcester Warriors Women. This role requires me to use HawkEye technology to review all head injuries, and liaise with the home and away doctors regarding the need for head injury assessments. I am also a comprehensive concussion assessor through World Rugby. I have previously taught sessionally on the MSc Physicians Associate and BSc Physiotherapy programmes at Worcester. I have an interest in the development of the Sports Therapy profession in the area of exercise rehabilitation within a wider population and have set up rehabilitation groups for long term neurological conditions.Prior to teaching I gained experience working within semi-professional football, professional and national team basketball/wheelchair basketball.
