Activities include, Trouble Shooting, supporting our Team Members, Management of Staff and Performance Management, Event Management, Drug and Alcohol Testing, new Site set ups including setting up Site Operating Procedures, Auditing of all sites and officers and Close Protection and Body Guard work. Achievements included to date, Security Manager for the Treasury site at the G20 Summit in Brisbane looking after the British and Canadian contingents, G20 pre -summit meeting in Perth WA, NAB AGM in Perth WA, Leukaemia Foundation Events in WA over the last 4 years, Body Guarding and Close Protection work through out the 4 years so far and looking after Clients and managing Security events in Perth WA over the last 4 years. To date I really enjoy working for Wilson Security and love being part of the Western Australian Management Team.

My main roll was working with the Managing Director of the company (Mr Maitland Candy) to build Independent Security Consultants Business up, this included starting up other avenues of business, achievements included starting Patrols in Rotorua to a self sufficient standard with in a year. Building existing services in Taupo, Kawerau and Whakatane. Also building a Technical Service to the business, this included Cameras and CCTV, Alarm Panels and Fire Security. This included assisting with Maitland to employing and supporting a technician. I was very proud of helping Maitland to diversify his business and give him other avenues of earnings. I really enjoyed my 4 years with Maitland and consider him a very good friend.

Managing all aspects of the Manned Services provided through out the Bay of Plenty, including all Guard Services, Patrol Services, Cash in Transit, Call Center and Contractor Management. Regular Client meetings with Key Clients, ie Bay of Plenty Police, Rotorua District Council, Taupo District Council, Tokoroa District Council, Work and Income NZ, just a few of the Key Clients. Trouble shooting and making sure we were offering a premium service. Through this period, the Branch had no Branch Manager for 4 months, so I had the added responsibility of looking after all aspects of the Branch including Financial goals and Operational Reporting to head office.
