Since Since 2014, FightMND have invested around $100 million in research funding, to help transform Australia into a central hub for Motor Neurone Disease (MND) research. In 2024, this was over $15 million. My role encompasses the end-to-end funding journey, from research applications, through peer review, awarding of grants and managing of post-award payments and checking research milestones. I am also very excited to be involved in a project to build FightMND's research impact strategy, to show the great research outcomes in MND that are building towards finding a cure for this devastating disease. -
