The last several years have been a great time of learning, having been able to be the technical lead on several large projects. I have been able to learn how to successfully bring project to completion under tight schedules. . At ORU we replaced a aging phone system and I was thrilled to be part of a great team planning the project and then leading the team during implementation. This taught me many skills involving communication between vendors my own team and our stakeholders inside the university. I have been surprised how much I enjoyed the privilege I have had of mentoring those working under me during my time at ORU. It has been truly wonderful to see some of those I have mentored go on to other positions, and be successful themselves, in part because of lessons learned while we worked together. Now Im taking what I learned and am working for the most innovative Company in the world.
