We work as SMEs on larger project teams as well as acting as the PM & SME on projects that are outside the scope of the PMO. My specific focus is on server projects. Immediately prior to my joining this team I was an IS Process Analyst. My responsibilities included documenting and analyzing both team-internal as well as cross-team processes.
