CurrentResponsible for liaising with numerous internal teams, including Delivery Managers, Market Intelligence, Video Specialists and Product Marketing to ensure all types of content on our internal knowledge websites are up to date and engaging.Through Lean UX and design thinking,using Microsoft Sharepoint, I strive to simplify the process our service teams go through to get the knowledge they need, supporting them to deliver the best service possible with different Media's of content.I am also responsible for briefing the business on changes to products and services, sharing the details on various platforms such as news articles, daily Slack messages and weekly newsletters. This activity ensures our sales and services teams have all the knowledge they need for customer queries and conversations.
