Perform software/hardware testing to assure the best product is being released. I write, update, and execute test cases and carry out these test cases based on criteria set by product managers. • Training of other investigators for the duties of field investigators, office assistant and background checks, oversee and manage the work of other investigators (up to seven investigators) and day to day operations
