Reponsibilities Collateral Management:• Strategical collateral management, including the allocation of collateral assets between different uses and optimization measures to mobilise additional assets;• Collateral assets management as well as the reporting to the government commissioner, rating agency and the Austrian covered bond forum;• Regulatory reporting of Asset Encumbrance Ratio;• Ensuring accurate flag setting in core banking system concerning credit claims;• Implementation of new, harmonized Covered Bond law ("Pfandbriefgesetz").Responsibilities Funding:• Execution and administration of group-wide issuance activities of (un)securized debt (regular capital / MREL requirements) as well as monitoring of the relevant markets and regulatory developments;• Fixed income investor marketing in cooperation with investor relations;• Central contact point for DCM advisors and syndicate of investment banks;• Coordination of the debt issuance program update process and potential supplements;• ESG bond issuance / Green Finance Portfolio monitoring.
