Netbackup Administrator and System Administrator Responsible for building out two small NetBackup 7.6.0 environments with 7+ media servers (3 of them clustered) with over 400 clients.· Leveraged proprietary utilities to add users to user groups to grant access to shared resources.· Used AGPM to create and modify GPO to manage access to servers in policies.· Supported a VM Farm that had a vCenter 5.5 with 170 host and 650 VM clients.· Managed the process of retiring old VM farm with ESOL hardware and moving clients off to new hardware.

Maintained a VERITAS NetBackup 6.5.1 environment (One Master server and seven media servers that back’s up 8 TB data) also supporting three other properties with a VERITAS NetBackup 6.0mp4 environment.· Maintained two Isa2004 proxy servers that Smart filter software for content filtering.· Created user groups in Active Directory for granting user access to share resources on the network.· Added DNS records in the forward lookup zones for host and created IP reservation in the IP scope on the DHCP serve for printers.· Maintained server stability by resolving hardware and software issue on Dell servers.· Used Virtual Center 2.5 to manage 30 win2k and 2003 virtual servers on four 3.1 ESX host.

Provided troubleshooting and repairs for (Dell) desktops and laptop, Infogenesis POS systems, printers, and servers in a hospitality environment.· Set-up internet connections for groups in house and working out internet issues with guest staying at the hotel.
