For as long as I can remember, I've always loved helping people. The way in which I seek to help people has changed over the years, but that's always been the driving reason behind everything I've found meaningfully engaging. I've always been focused on protecting people, but I've come to understand that the most difficult thing to protect people from is themselves.I came to work with Baz at The Social Adviser in 2022 because I can't think of a better way to help people live more free and meaningful lives. As an Associate Adviser, my role is diverse and challenging, but deeply rewarding. Working with other professionals to help them engage with their clients in deeper, more impactful ways gives me a sense of fulfilment and purpose that keeps me motivated when things get challenging.I love helping to solve complex problems, most of which relate to people and their own unique challenges. I'm a firm believe that most business problems are actually people problems, and if we're able to help people become better versions of themselves, then the numbers will take care of themselves.
