Providing expert and timely advice to the Premier and Chief of Staff on various matters including programmes and logistics,policy, media and stakeholder engagement.Providing protocol advice to the Premier and Chief of Staff and coordinating significant events in Queensland. Liaison and stakeholder management with Minister’s Offices, Federal and State Government Departments, Local Government, Private Sector and Community Groups to facilitate the Premier’s interaction with identified stakeholders to achieve strategic outcomes.

Delivery of consultancy services to a business on strategic communications with all levels of Governments and other key stakeholders.I was responsible for writing and consulting with the Board on Aboriginal Employment Strategies and other employment related policies and procedures.I provided consultancy services in relation to the strategic direction of the company and providing direction with developing economic development opportunities for thebusiness and the Traditional Owners.

The principal activities of the position where to plan, manage and coordinate complex arrangements for protocol during Australia's Presidency of the G20. The position involved extensive liaison with Airport Officials, Diplomatic representatives, Commonwealth Departments and State Governments to ensure all protocols are provided in a dignified and respectful manner.

As the Executive Officer to the Chief Executive, my responsibilities included the effective management of the office of the CEO and the provision of high-level strategic advice and executive support to the CEO and the Executive including the reporting on complex matters and the coordination of reports, briefings, correspondence, and submissions across all aspects of the organisation including papers for the Council. I also assisted the CEO in providing support and advice to the Board at various times.I represented the CEO at various meetings and oncommittees, where applicable, and support the CEO in working with the Council to achieve strategic outcomes for the organisation.

The principal activity of the position was to plan, manage and coordinate complex arrangements for a range of events relating to ceremonial and visit activities on behalf of the Australian Government. The position involved extensive liaison with the Prime Minister’s Office, Ministers’ offices, diplomatic representatives, other Commonwealth Departments and State and Territory Governments.I also accompanied and was responsible for various aspects of visiting Heads of State and Heads of Government in Australia on Official Visits.

As Executive Officer I was responsible for the effective management of the office of the CEO and the provision of high level strategic advice and executive support to the CEO and the NSWALC Executive including the reporting on complex matters and the coordination of reports, briefings, correspondence, and submissions across all aspects of the organisation including papers for the Council.The functions of the Executive Officer included the liaison with key senior stakeholders both within and external to the NSWALC and also coordinates and provided high-level support to a range of internal and external Committees.
