Responsibilities included:• Consulted with AEMO on its Functional Requirements for operating a High DER Power System and highlighted the need to develop a Concept of Operations approved by all stakeholders and the use of systems engineering to verify and validate user needs and system requirements as the project progressed.• Participated in CER Data Exchange Industry Co-Design Workshop hosted by AEMO. • Prepared briefing materials for G-PST Topic 7 (Grid Architecture) Stage 4 to workshop the Distributed System Operator (DSO) models, Transmission-Distribution Interfaces (TDI) and potential Distribution Market Mechanisms required to maximise the usage of CER including EVs in the future.• Planned the project schedule for G-PST Topic 7 (Grid Architecture) Stage 4 in Asana.• Researched techno-economic models of future CER integration and reviewed reports of Projects Converge, Edith, EDGE, Symphony which trialled different aspects of CER integration. The delivery of this project was integral to Insitec winning the support contract for the interim Battle Management System.
