This required running daily scrum meetings with 12 engineers, liaising with project managers to provide logistic support, and coordinating with 8 other companies to deliver a working prototype at a field demonstration within 12 months. We successfully delivered the project using lean start-up methodology and agile project management as part of an integrated field demonstration with 8 other companies in Dec 2021, on time and under budget. The delivery of this project was integral to Insitec winning the support contract for the interim Battle Management System. After the completion of the C4EDGE project, I also managed the engineering effort for the $30m interim Battle Management System support contract. Show less

This required negotiating, planning and supervising a remediation program for the entire fleet of 431 vehicles to implement approximately 100 engineering changes.
