Managed overall product strategy. Developed and executed plans for the Media department’s quarterly projects. Led a team of 10 technical writers, video producers, and researchers in producing user guides, release notes, training videos, patents, and SOPs for other departments. Acted as managing editor on all user documentation and training videos. Managed staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. Established patent research team and authored their policies and procedures. Managed other internal special projects as needed.

Created onboarding process and training curriculum used by clients to learn Practice Management and Electronic Health Records products. Developed curriculum for acclimating new hires to Nuesoft policies, procedures, product lines, and clients. Developed layout, formatting, writing standards, and “fun, folksy, and friendly” voice used in all user documentation, job aids, and training videos. Implemented and led a “Writers Workshop” to develop team communication skills. Updated user guides, created job aids, and wrote release notes for upcoming enhancements.
