Sr. Developer on AT&T Federal Government Network Procurement system transitioned to IBM. Integrated Veterans Administration into existing ordering system to provide telecommunication services to the VA.• Created an Interface for the Veterans Administration to send and receive service orders using SOAP web services to synchronize ATT and Federal Government systems. • Developed web application for reseller quotes that downloads service line items as an Excel readable file, processes the download in a macro enabled spreadsheet, re-uploads the edited quote and process the data on the web server. This allowed ATT resellers to price and include their services into Federal Government orders as Contract Line Items.• Created Java standalone applications to send extremely large GSA orders as complex DMaaP files.
