Current• ESG, climate change risk management adaptation / resilience professional: outreach, policy, strategy, implementation and public disclosure.• Catalyzed municipal application of the Guidelines of the TCFD, working with CPA Canada & other cities.• Leading Toronto's CDP (physical risk) and TCFD disclosures towards enhanced governance, strategy and metrics of climate risk management. • A municipal thought leader engaging multiple interdependent sectors in climate change risk assessments including electrical, financial sector, public transit, telecom, natural gas, food.• Incorporating climate risk considerations into asset management.• Managed one of the first federal "Climate Lens" assessments for physical climate risk, for six proposed transit stations. • With CivicAction, conceived the Toronto region WeatherWise Partnership, a group that is catalyzing action on climate change adaptation and climate risk assessment for the electrical sector. With over 50 members, this group was one of the first multi-sectoral adaptation groups in the world. • Managed a project to develop a leading edge climate change risk assessment tool.• Past Member, Canadian Public Infrastructure Engineering Vulnerability Committee (PIEVC).• Past Co-Chair Urban Directors Sustainability Network, Adaptation Forum.• Past Chair Toronto Environmental Risk Management Committee.• Past Member Urban Leaders Initiative on Climate Change Adaptation sponsored by the Rockefeller Foundation. • Past representative on a Stakeholder Advisory Group for changes to the National Building Code regarding flood risk. • Member, Asset Management Ontario's "Climate Change and Asset Management Committee" and the GTHA Clean Air Council.• Founding Member Canadian Municipal Network for TCFD.• Member C40 Network in areas of climate risk management, infrastructure system interdependencies and climate risk disclosure (TCFD). • Public speaker and advocate on issues of urban climate change adaptation.
