I manage an 82 seat Contact Center and have three outsource partners to handle a peak capacity per week of 90,000 calls, process 10,000 mail orders, handle 6,500 emails and 3,000 live chats.

• Forecasts labor requirements based on future orders; breaks down work load into assignments and prioritizes and delegates assignments. • Hard working and detail oriented, with the ability to effectively work in a team environment. • Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area and assists in maintaining the security and safety of the warehouse and contact center. • Directs staff to provide a work environment that fosters creativity, productivity, collaboration, and accountability. • Maintain inventory of all supplies and make note of damaged goods/correct deliveries. • Coordinate with transporters and suppliers for the dispatch of incoming supplies and outgoing orders. • Follow proper documentation and safety procedures of all warehouse functions. • Supervise and oversee the functioning of all direct/indirect reports. • Ability to organize staff to meet shipping goals and metrics. • Ensure operations and organization of warehouse within company standards. • Maintain professional and ethical relationship with all vendors. • Supervise vehicle maintenance to ensure proper operation is achieved. • Planned and managed the execution of all production shipping expectations during peak volume. • Manage the order process of weekly corrugate use. • Manage the training process of warehouse seasonal employees with a hands-off style but I demand accountability. I believe in creating relationships with each team member and opening the line of communication. I always have an open door policy, but I believe in chain of command. I will coach and teach direct reports in the way that they would treat their reports.
