Lead the conception, selling, design, development and implementation of 6 BPM Applications for CEMEX, a Mexican based global cement and concrete products company. Processes focused on the commercial and invoicing processes that flow between CEMEX and IBM (who are CEMEX's BPO partner). Implementation has streamlined operations between the 2 companies, reduce cost and improved management visibility of the processes. These processes have now become the standard tool set for IBM's global outsourcing business unit.2. Design, develop and implement BPM Strategy and Applications for IBM in support of the BPO contract for Energy Australia. This also included selling the idea to the IBM account and demonstrating the potential benefits to be realised.3. Facilitation and confirmation of the IT Separation of Cadbury and Schweppes4. Simplify and reduce costs associated with Project Design Process in Telstra and IBM.5. Re-engineering a significant process in the Defence Security Organisation in preparation for its automation.6. Separate Retail and Network Processes in a major Energy provider in preparation for sale by its owner7. Development of process design standards in support of the Telstra IT Transformation. Measure and report on business performance improvement resulting from the transformation.
