I have very wide-ranging business experience in global organisations and SMEs. In 1995 I founded a training and IP company - Changefirst - and built it in to a successful business. Prior to that I worked in a number of senior HR roles for American Express including Head of Global Talent and Development, Head of HR for it's US insurance business and Head of HR Europe. I am the author of Successful Change - How to implement change through people and the co-author of Enterprise Change Management - How to prepare your organisation for continuous I now work with young start up founders to help them launch their B2B businesses successfully. I mainly work through the Loughborough University Start up Incubator as a mentor. My major focus is around helping founders with their strategies and then coaching them to go-to-market successfully. Additionally, I am Governor of Steyning Grammar School (a 2000+ student comprehensive in West Sussex).
